The Image Carousel is one of the free widgets in the Elementor editor.  In this case the size is constrained by two factors.  The largest photo that is displayed and the overall size of the two-part container that is surrounding the widget.

      There are only a few customizable options with this free widget.  You can control the speed of the rotation. And the size and placement of the dots can be changed..
